The 2018 Domaine de la Borde Ploussard Côte de Feule was bottled four days before my visit and Julien Mareschal was reticent, as he told me he didn’t like it the day after bottling. He finally uncorked a bottle, and his face immediately told me he liked it better that day. Yes, it was a bit dizzy at first, but it then displayed the classical Ploussard (Pupillin spelling) without added sulfur, a slightly wild character with notes of rosehip and cranberries, with an earthy and even mousy touch.” — 91 Points, Luis Gutierrez, The Wine Advocate #243 (Jun. 2019) 

Domaine de la Borde, Cote de Feule is from a vineyard at the heart of Pupillin capable of producing some of the very best examples of Ploussard. Seriously limited juice!
