For us, Rosé gets its own category although there are sub-styles within the range. Generally softer fruit profiles but usually very aromatic. Rose can have a crisp and fresh palate but can also have texture and weight. Aromatics generally show ripe red berries, like strawberry or raspberry with some hints of candy floss. The flavours can be layered and complex too, with a lot of Rose showing off a long scented finish. It’s worth mentioning that Rosé isn’t just for summer.
