Sklep58 Partyzán Pét-Nat Müller Thurgau 2019 hand-harvested off of 35 years old vines. Müller Thurgau is such an underrated varietal. Fragrant with a good balance of acid, its easy to drink by nature. When turned into a pét-nat, it's extremely refreshing and complex.
Pét-Nat translates to naturally sparkling and is an ancient method of making sparkling wines. This expression shows apples, lemon with a floral touch.
Grapes come from vineyards in Palava that are around 280m above sea level. They are de-stemmed and left to macerate on the skin, this adds texture and softens acidity. Natural ferment starts in demi-johns and then finished in this bottle. This is how it captures it fizz. Low intervention means no added sulfites and vegan friendly.
