A new cuvée from one of the most ethical producers out there! The Earth Beneath Our Feet Field Blend 2021 comes from the same block as their Blanc 2021. The difference being that the grapes here are pressed slowly together as whole bunches, extracting a little tannin - not quite an orange wine but a wine with great structure.

Refined and elegant, with plenty of citrus and stone fruit and a hint of spice. Blend of Roussanne, Grenache Blanc and Chenin Blanc.
