A small site of Chardonnay, striking the ideal balance between those rich, textured styles of Chardonnay, and ones with electrifying acidity and freshness. Prioritising the fruit characteristics, Eric ages in tank, but enacts a long lees contact to reach this perfect equilibrium.

Whilst having settled in Jura over a decade ago, Eric Thill comes from an Alsatian family of winemakers. His passion for wine has been present for as long as he can remember. In the Sud-Revermont, he now tends close to 7ha with his wife Bérengère, vinifying each parcel of fruit independently - a painstaking yet highly rewarding process.
