Very much Champagne in style, with a long ageing of four years on the lees. Opulent and rich but with great acidity, and no added sugar so bone dry and thirst quenching.

Alban Foucher took over the reigns at Domaine La Seigneurie from his father in 2005, with the estate being in the family for over 50 years. Working organically since 2020, they are one of the last growers actually in the city of Saumur itself.
