Highly aromatic aromas expressing floral, perfume and ripe fruit. The palate will have some texture and weight to it meaning it will vary between light to medium-bodied wines. Alcohol might be a little higher here compared to the Fresh and Crisp range. Lees ageing can also play a part in these wines, offering a round textured palate with a long scented finish. Lots of layers and complexity throughout too. Classic examples include Gewurztraminer, Sauvignon Blanc from New Zealand, Gruner Veltliner, Pinot Blanc, Grenache Blanc, Chenin Blanc, Mosel Riesling and Bacchus.
