For us, Rosé gets its own category although there are sub-styles within the range. Generally softer fruit profiles but usually very aromatic. Crisp and fresh palate but can also with texture and weight. It’s worth mentioning that Rosé isn’t just for summer. Sure it’s a perfect accompaniment to sunny days, but good Rosé wines are worthy of a spot on the table throughout the year. Enjoy before dinner, during or after. Try Rosé with pizza or pasta or toasted Bruschetta.
